Title: CharStartOutfit.dbc - not working

i open CharStartOutfit.dbc with Taliis and it shows up like this

Try the MyDBCEditor from the dl page i just started.

To work with this "DBC" I use DBCutil

DBCutil passes "DBC" to "CSV" and "CSV" to "DBC"

It works well with this "DBC"

take it(post attachment), it should work, or use the dbcutil (dbc to csv to dbc)
