How do you plan to convert him exactly?

Nobody Ever know since there isnt any python script to export M2 with armature from Blender ( funny is that its possible no-one just managed to do it :D )

i have watched your tutorials on youtube alastor and i think i can learn something and i can to export it in wow as object first without anims after i will export with animations as mob

Make the tools first.
WoW model formats are quite... funny. You'll have plenty of work to do ! (try to keep the range in your lifetime, don't forget mortality !)
