Title: [SUGGESTION] All to text file
Post by: Freigeist on October 20, 2011, 06:53:36 pm
Hi.
I have a suggestion for the new NoggIt; could you add a feature which automatically adds the selected wmo or doodad to a text file? Would be quite usefull I think.

So you can explore the existing world and if you see an model you like you can add to an export file.
I will also add a function to txt file import that opens a scroll list to select the model you want import. As long we have no working model exlorer (that will now be don since there is a model viewer gui element) this helps and is not to much work.

Would be also cool, because so, as I'm spawning details, I don't always have to watch for the stone I'd like to place right now and copy it, I could just have a toolbar with all the models I want to use. *thumbs up*

This feature will also go into the model browser (if it will be finished someday :) )
I want to add a function to create zone files. Means every zone get a own text file. So you can give this file to other team members and they can start right with all textures and models for the zone.

As soon as enough money from this profitable application has been gathered.

It's done, when (and actually, if) someone of the developers has time for it and decides to do it.
