Title: [Question] Item bulkyness?

Well, in a nutshell, I like to do some random, amateurish texturing over WMV. The thing is, how it is possible to turn on some model bulkyness (Like thicker pants and those skirt things), my question, is, whether or not, there is a simple way to make a mod with custom items, that would accept that same  buklyness?

You can turn off and on the different pants and gloves and shoes etc with the geosets window in wmv.
