Title: [WoD] [QUESTION] CASC patches?

I'm installing everything for a trinitycore WoD server atm and I dont even know where do you store mods you would usually put in .mpq files for previous expansions?

there is nobody providing casc patching so your best go would be at enabling local file loading and just putting files into the wow directory.

Hey Schlumpf sorry could you please elaborate more, I've googled thre isnt any description on how to put it, and where.  When I open the wow data folder data/data there is just a bunch of idx files?
If I got a wmo and I would like to add it to the game how would I do that?

Would this work for retail exe aswell, and forgot to ask would Neo be viable for this, havent tried it yet just Noggit.

I have never even run Neo, so no idea.

latest neo repo compile should load fes from source wow also.
fixed this some days ago.

But can you put WMOs place them and save the map with Neo, if not what else is avaliable? Could I place it in Noggit then port to WoD somehow?

I dont find my fix. Get somehow lost...

You can edit your maps in noggit wotlk and then use the converter to bring them in wod ingame.
As I had last a look at neo code you could only rotate and tiled models. Add was somwhere in the menu but no moving.

Hey tell me plz what converter would I use for that?
And also a question if I'm like placing my wmo in e.g northern barrens and in wotlk-noggit that didnt exist yet, just Barrens?Does that matter or just the location is important?

Huh uh this seems like alot of hacking to acomplish what I planned thanks Steff, hope I dont have to come back too soon and something works out
