Title: [QUESTION] textures not working

ok i recolored my shoulders weapon and helm i did the same to other pieces but this happened

All the clothes, body and hair textures must be on indexed color format. Open your textures with photoshop or other image editing program and convert them to indexed color.

Save and convert to BLP.

EditBtw:why u have this topick here in Modeling fortum when its only texturing problem ?
