I spent on it something about 5 minutes that's why its look soo poor

Things to do:
modify size because its 2 big
Fix textures &blp
learn how to add animation

Here, too, I was trying to create the wings, but the animation is nothing I can figure out how to do it, who can tell?

Animation must be made with MDLVIS and MDXTOM2.
Maybe it is possible with M2MOD3 and Blender, but I think its alot easier with MDLVIS and MDXTOM2.
