Title: add addons in MPQ file, possible?

i want to add an addon, flagrsp2, in my patch in .MPQ format, can i do it? client reads addons from MPQ files?

Then why does blizzard adds its addon content in the addon folder? :O

But you need a patched WoW.exe because the interface folder is secured.

The Interface folder is not secured. The only thing being secured are the sub folders GlueXML and FrameXML. These are signed by .toc.sig. All other folders are free to be edited.

ok thanks, some players on my shard use Mac, so i can't remove sign on wow.exe (and i won't only if will be strictly necessary)
i hadn't time to test it, tomorrow i'll fly to london, so thanks for answers and goodbye :D

Schlumpf made a mac client without protection, i don't remember where the link is.
