to answer your question, it probably is multiple .anim files that are missing, if you have edited animations then I would say they are probably now corrupt and you will have to start over with the animations.
otherwise I don't really know, could be a lot of things have you done the md5 check removal from wow?
I don't know that you would even get in with a custom model at all but none the less that is my two cents
