[QUESTION] PymodelEditor don't work

Hello Guys,
I have a Problem with Open the Pymodeleditor, I tried it so often to open it. I installed all 2.6 Versions and 64 bit too (me was said that I need the 2,6 Version so. First I start the startme.py and than it comes a cmd window, but what I have to enter there.

PS: maybe the setup's are wrong. or I do anything wrong. Or can anyone give me the Download links for the correct setup's if my are wrong?

I have Compiled the files with pyton hope it's correct but now I get this error :

Right Setup's? I have 64 bit System, but I tried now the 32 bit files, think it's not a big different for the program
