Add a new difficulty to a raid ?

Hello everyone ! I'm actually working on a project with full custom map / dungeon made by my hand with noggit. I would like to know if it is possible to add a new difficulty to a raid ? For example Zul'aman on 3.3.5 is only working in a 10 man normal mode, i want to know if i can add a heroic mode to it ? And how ?
