I and Sina spoke about this yesterday and yeah I dont know if this is technical possible or if you think this is a good idea but yeah we had some ideas to this themes
-Postal system:
I think that send items is not rly rp like and also makes it rly easy to have banktwinks but the possiblity to just send letters would be nice (??) so we should make a postal system only for text and not for items.
-auctioneer:
The plan is to make in different cities auctioneer but to not connect them so we have different auctioneers with different thing to sell and that with every item the tax get higher so the ppl will use different auctioneers and not concentrate on just one city (or me make in some city you can only sell weapons in an other only food and so on or we make that you can sell everything but the taxes are lower on some items depending in city)
-bank system:
Here is the plan also that you have different banks that are not connected. And the slots get lot more expensive with every you buy so its lot cheaper to have in two different cities two small slots than in one city a big slot.
-guild bank:
The same like the bank system but maybe that the money is connected
comments? ideas?

Mail: Don't know much about technical side, maybe possible...
Auction House: Ah, I think I can make more than one auction house per faction, but the tax rate is set the same for all items. Didn't see how to change this.
Bank Slots: Can change the prices for this, but core doesn't support more than one bank.
Never used a guild bank.

Hmm ok it would also be nice if we can make that things you bouth in an auction wont be send to you and you have to pick up them

AH: rates and groups are set in a dbc. It is not possible to have the rates depending on item type though.
post: You can just send an internal_error when items are attached and remove the possibility to do so in the UI.
bank: not intended, but may be faked by duplicating the tables behind the system, switching on f(npc id).

AH: is it maybe possible to create a NPC who you have to pay a tax to get inside the AH and make this tax depending on the number of items in AH??

Of course that would be possible. Have the AH be in a phase, have a script setting the phase upon success and remove it on area leave. Then, have an NPC with gossip, use the require-gold mechanics, like on trainers or have a repeatable quest (offered without buff only), granting a buff on completion. Depending on AH item count would be harder with quests than with pure gossip.
I'd add a visible buff for the phase, which will thus grant limited time in AH.

AH: I think, the best would be to connect the taxes on the number of auctions in the AH.
Would this be possible?
(I'd let players decide where to sell their stuff and evolve - for example - a secluded city where all expensive weapons are sold, because the taxes are low.)

The problem is....
Mails sytem: That will result in muling or double accounts. Since we are f2p why shouldnt they just create a new account and give ervything to a bank char by trade?
Aucton houses: If you dont connect them it will be the same as in wow as they did it there will be one big ah and the other ones are prtty emtpy or just overprized....
Banks: Would be possible but very frustrating if you would have to walk 4000 miles back just to get a single item you forgot...
Same for guild banks...

1. yeah i know but it makes it difficulter and we can prohibit double accs
2. for that is the system that depending on the amount of the things in the auctions house the prizes to join will also increase
3. yeah i know but thats just realistic and good ^.^ so you have to think where you store youre stuff

we cant forbit dual accs since we dont got the manpower to check that
the yction house is still a bad idea see blizz
and the bank system is one example for your idea of making the game unnessesary complicated
