[SHOWOFF] Custom Music

This is a collection of custom music I have created in my spare time. They are merely templates.
All music is created in Music Studio for the iPhone and exported in WAV.

INTRODUCTIONS:

Gloomy Intro 1 v3 ~
Definitely the intro music for a tall, ominous and looming castle shrouded in mist and darkness.
*shudder*

Gloomy Intro 2 v2 ~
Could be used for the 'tall castle', yet possibly a different area of it?

Dramatic Intro v2 ~
This piece could introduce a large tower owned by an order of priests etc.. sounds quite holy.

Aspiration Intro ~
This piece needs work.

MUSICAL MOMENTS:

ZONE MUSIC:

'Woods' ~
Intended for the 'Whispering Woods' area on Maruum and is meant to reprsent a troubled forest.

'Swamp 1' ~
A template for a swamp area.

MISCELLANEOUS:

Barrens Redux ~
Simply an orchestral recreation of the classic Barrens theme. More of a bonus track.

I will be creating more tracks and updating old ones as time progresses.  Soon I shall have better software and devices and will be able to produce these tracks in greater quality. Until then, check out these templates.

Sounds really promising, though the extracts are quite short :)

So far the "dance" one is my favorite, would be awesome to have a central theme in it imho.

You said you wanted something quite ambient didn't you ? Maybe you could play more on silences/pauses/long notes to have an impression of wider space and calm atmosphere.

But I'm absolutely not expert in music or anything, it's just what I feel by listening, so... :)

And it's great to have someone posting about custom music.

tavern theme - Real nice. But to fast for tavern. Its more something for a boss fight in a jungle environment. Would be great for this :)

some sort of epic intro - Also good. Sounds little depressive. Could be good for an instance start. Like a dark castle. Then you need more of this stile with more ambient like direction.

another intro of sorts - Same as before.

^Keep on the good work. And as Mjolina said. The first is also my favor.

Thanks for the feedback. I am planning to go back and renovate some of these tracks and I will do so following your advice. Atm I haven't really done any true ambience tracks - I may soon work on them.  :geek:

Updated a few songs and removed the multiple templates for the Jungle Tavern. There is now only one template.

I've produced all these tracks on an iPhone app, so I don't expect them to be of the best quality. I've recently invested in some better software and remember these are just templates. Music Studio is the easiest app to make music in :D

~ Added some new tracks and updated old ones!
~ Now exporting all music in .wav instead of .m4a as it provides better quality.

I've tested some of these tracks in Wow and tbh I believe even these templates sound amazing when coupled with the ambiance and SFX.. try it out for yourself if you want
