Looks pretty good so far for a first build.  Way better than what I did... just drawing cartoons on the ground with tiles. lol.

Try to go less for overly "clean" structures, but go more for untidy and crooked lines, forms, ways, etc. etc.

What you have there is not exactly hard. It's some ground texture placed to form ways and buildings lined up, with one way leading to a stratholme wmo. Try to orient on more "realistic" ideas. Look at the current show offs, try to see how they work things. How they work details into one another, form a close-to-reality world.

The main problems are i think. Its too big. This will kill the amtosphere and its the same house every time.
Make it smaler with more variation and more eye for details.

True, true...
Any village/city dont have much same houses. Try build only one house and design nature 2 meters around (rocks, flowers, small tree or bush) Now you can try build next different house.

Afaik noggit as a maximum number of memory usage. It can only use 2 GB or so.. Dont know that exactly.

Your OS doesn't matter. How noggit itself was compiled is the issue.

It seems like some people are working on it, but are not sharing their process in the public repository I set up.

That's what I call bad news as it is the same as five years ago: private development, while it should be open source.

You should shrink it down, add ground clutter, and some trees here and there. But for your first worldedit, it's very nice.
