Hey. I've got some screenshots of some of the work I've done over the past few days with Noggit3. I've had a little issue with ground texturing. I have gone for a combination of Darkshire and Grizzly Hills kinda feel. Any and all feedback is welcome.

Looks nice, Keep it up :)

I like this. What's this for exactly? (e.g. A custom race starting zone, custom questing area, etc.)
-
Custom Starting Zone for my Brother's RP server. I'm doing all the graphical modding. Any suggestions?
-
for which race?

I could post the Lore that we've written up, but we've restricted the races to High Elven, Human, Gnomes and Dwarves.
One of the main ongoing "battles" is the fight against Nature and the White. The Pilgrims, lead by the Prophets of the White will begin their Pilgrimage from the Beginning to Pilgrims' End (the custom city that I plan on building over the next few weeks). I wanted to imply this ongoing fight between the Pilgrims and the Force of Nature - that's why the starting area is slightly overrun by wildlife.
Within the beginning this Lore will be taught to New Players - its quite complex, we've had many concept meetings about it at my house.
This RP server doesn't follow WoW Lore but the Lore of Azalea.

Double post sorry: this zone is both the beta testing area for the RP area we've limited to 20 beta testers + the GM staff who roleplay as future Lore Heroes and myself the Project Leader. It also will act as the GM hangout zone for when activity is low. It will also play a future role for the Archus Expansion.

It actually looks quite good :D And this comes from a guy that has been using Noggit for some years by now.
Only thing I'd say you should work on is the mountain shaping ;)
Thanks
Keta

Thanks Keta/Everyone else. Yeah the mountains at times do look a bit blocky. Will work on them a bit today. I've extended the town a lot now, spawned a graveyard and the beginnings of a market square, will upload some more screenshots when I'm close to finishing. :)

Yes, the mountains could use some work. I would also change the rock texture, it looks weird for me. Try to combine various tilesets and you may achieve a nice effect from this.
