Hey guys i wanna show you the new Alliance city from Titan Warcraft.. the map is 70% finish with noggit..

Nice island, looks finished, Populate it with npc's, content and let people enjoy wit it.

I like city, I like that its not flat, I like spawn... It looks very good. The only 2 things I'll point out:
1. stone texture. This one is from... Vanilla I think? It doesn't really matter, I'd personaly find and use another one. I don't think it really fits the rest of components.
2. cliff texturation in general. This style is what a lot of beginners tend to do, either because they don't know how to make WoW style or because they want to try to make something what is looking realistic. First of all, trying to make anything look realistic in WoW is probably a little bit silly idea which sadly just doesn't tend to work out very well. In case you just didn't know how to make WoWlike cliffs and rocks... Practice, practice, practice :D. I can send you a video where I'm showing how to make such things, but I'm speaking my native language there. That video (and whole series in which it is) might still be helpful for you though.

A little hint here. Try to use flat flatten tool for making those cliffs, and flatten both above and under them. Linear flattening tool isn't really good for making anything where rocky textures are going to be.
