This wonderful tool ,allows the user to create a new instance map including all dbc ,adt and wdt work in a very simple way.

Hello there :) The tool you made sounds really useful, because I have problem with making a custom zone. However, I'm new to Noggit and all this editing stuff so I don't really know any valid texture values. Can you help me with this please? Thank you in advance!

Your best bet would be to follow this guide:

It explains in great detail what to do to get a custom map completed, the texture path you ask for is also mentioned there..

Also, people reported to have error with this tool, that the map couldn't be found in Taliis/Noggit after creating. You might want to do it the old fashion way, you can learn alot from doing so.

Yes that is a problem with the wdt file.
That should be the only thing that can be fixed by just creating a new wdt file with taliis :)
Still it is better to do the manual way for beginners as it includes many basic steps where you can learn much about the formats of the wow client and how they are handeled.
