Go to users control Panel an then to usergroups. There you should find a group called noggit beta testers. Select this group, make shure join selected is choosen and submit. (the submit button is under the list of groups.

The usergroup is managed by Steff. He does not look at the outstanding applications at a regular basis.
Usually he only adds users who have at least some post at least though. So: if you want to join the beta group, you may want to have some post anywhere in these forums to get accepted.

Also,currently Steff is in vacation.
