Hi all! I'm Furruz from Oscuridad project. I want to show u the project we are working for 2 year and improving every day.
We are a group of amateur modders in WoW most from Spain and Southern American. We are working to create a new whole expansion for wow WTLK.
Our expansion will bring us to Emerald Dream, Reign of Ysera the Dreamer. New races are allowed to play; as Nagas or Goblins. New adventures to live in roy's new dungeons and raids. All the stuff adapted to Warcraft history the best we can.
There is more info; i will update when my people bring me translated in english ;)
Now it's time to some specifications:
New races: Worgen, Goblin, High Elf, Forest Troll, Vrykul, Pandaren, Tigon
New zones: Crow Nightfall (dungeon), Emerald Dream, Orgrimmar Harbor, Echo Islands
Zones modificated: Mathystra, Jaguero Island, Orgrimmar Harbor, Echo Islands, Kolkar Canyon
New mounts: Oceanic powershield naga mount, Aracnobot goblin mount, boar mount, arcane levitator, goblin drag car
Build wow used: WoW Wtlk 3.3.3a 11723
Languages available: Spanish
Realmtype: Normal (PvP, PvE)
Realm Status: Open
Launcher Custom: Download and manage all RoY's updates automatically

as well i'm looking for a Webmaster (php, html, css skills required) and a Graphic (But is not strictly necessary, since i'm already one)
If you want, I can help you with your project.
Skills: Lua, I have my own Engine with Serverhooks new commands etc. I can script everything.
C++. I can change everything you want in your Core and fix spells and change some other things.
DB: I can add items and other things or fix something. If you want to fix quests I can do it in Lua aswell.
Webmaster: I can script in html and css.

oh, i have not :S This anims are from the original model ^^
I have removed furbolgs cause they have lost mount anim (@ TheBurningCrusade they had...). We have Worgen in theirs place now. I have tried to anim port but i don't find the correct bones (as root, spinelow..etc) Model appears mounting too high on the mount :S

it is the gnometank. i have modified a bit the mount point and made 4 new spell entries at spell.dbc for new spells :D

There is a beta test but it is designed to be used with wow 3.3.5a esES. We will not update to 4.x :P

This project is completely flawless, the only thing I'm concerned about is the dwarvern buildings in the Emerald Dream? How are they possibly related to each other?

Well let me try to explain it lol. Some people in wow have passed the emerald portals before the player reach Emerald Dream. This people has built this stuff. :P I will send the historyline admin to explain it better haha Apologyze my poor english lol

Ah, I understand now.
An idea, if they entered recently, why not also add a few scaffholdings or similar, to show that they're still building? Well, it's just an idea.
Oh and btw, when are you able to have that chat? We haven't gotten very far on that

For this stuff you can use a version controle system like Mercurial or SVN. Best isntall a server on your root to handel this. THen everyone that work on your map can post his changes and get the stuff from the other teammembers. You should divide the work before you start and give every worke some adts they have to build so not two work on one.
With the noggit import.txt file you can give modelsets to the group members. I also want to implement this for textures and other stuff later. We worked on some maps for elorions curse with 4 till 5 people and it worked fine.

DP: We use http://www.Dropbox.com to work in the project ;) Really usefull but u have to know a trick. Better making a new folder each time that modifying an existing one. It seems that Dropbox updates only the files that have changed their size. So it is better to "update" a new file in a new folder to avoid this problem.

Qorq you should write a guide on geoset and attachmentpoints :P What tools are you using btw? Also awesome expansion :D Maruum, Chronicles of Azeroth and this I think are the only ones that got a chance to make it in the end :D

Nagas in Reign of Ysera are from Azulima clan, which has left Azshara forces. They want to return to their brothers night elf.
We have seen at the beggining of the expansion that Alliance needed more amazing races. So we have thinked bout Naga.
Sephiroth will bring more info bout ;)
