[SOLVED] [BUG] Shadow/Light over ADT's borders
« on: March 09, 2013, 11:01:54 pm »
First of all I made a research if someone had my problem but it seems not. If it is already solved, just link the thread and sorry.
So I was mapping peacefully and after I saved the ADT, lazy as I am, I didn't restart Noggit and kept adding models on the adt and then resaved. Thus I had these shadows over the adt's borders.

After moving some of models and saving, some of these shadows disappeared while there's still others which persists.

Hey , This is just a simple trick i know to remove the Shadow...
Open Noggit and Use the Height tool ( To make mountains and such ) Put the Radius and Hadness As low as you can and use it over the Shadow spots, this should remove it.

Slightly heightened the area. Should fix the issue.

What other posters say. Height and flattenmake the same result for this :)
Nice that it works now.

I just noticed that I failed in properly phrasing what I wanted to say. Yes, flattening fixes this, not heightening it. Apologizing.
