Probably cause its at water height, so they might aswell use it instead of the real water, to estimate items they want at the beach and whatnot.
I don't exactly call it water, but I use it often for estimating where to put items close to water. Its very nice that this is there, now that real water isn't working. Well, it isn't for me anyway x)

Actually, the height of that box is only 0 out of pure luck and might be at -1063.46 as well or something undefined as shown in his video.

Go into outlands, try turning on your fake water. It's at some completely different height as it is used there.

That it is showing on ADTs without MFBO is actually a bug, yes. It only does that because I added it as a short testing hack when I investigated that chunk and was writing saving for it.

The last is no bug but a testing for a modelviewer we did some day. Will clean this out.
