Title: Allwater tool

I've been searching for a fix for water after using Noggit3. Every answer was using the Allwater tool, and so I started looking for a download but sadly, I couldn't find any link that worked. In this thread I'm asking if anyone has a valid download link for Allwater, because this would really save my map from being obsolete.

There is no point in using Allwater, as Noggit can save and even create water for a very long time. What kind of issues do you have? And what version of Noggit are you using? Noggit3 says literally nothing, it just means its Noggit for WotLK.

I was using Noggit1.1, I also have Noggit SDL1.2

There is no point in using SDL 1.1 or SDL 1.2 now either. Use SDL 1.4 if you want the last "sort of stable" release, or beta versions (especially in that case keep making backups).
