I've had Noggit working, but recently I just got a new PC so I've transferred everything. I've renamed all of the directories in my noggit.conf to match the new PC's directories. My Noggit work is saved both under Project/world etc. and as a patch-a.mpq file, so it's backed up; but for some reason when I open up Noggit and attempt to navigate to the area of Kalimdor I've modified, Noggit crashes. I can see at the bottom of the log that it can't seem to locate the gameobjects etc. that are spawned there.
When I'm on Noggit's map screen, the modified adt sqaures are highlighted, so I know at the very least that Noggit is able to see the files in Project/world.
I've just started using Noggit, but I've done quite a large share of work. Here's some screenshots of the area so you can understand my worries :'( (https://s9.postimg.org/q9ttmaiu7/unknown_1.png, https://postimg.org/image/e7yfsau7v/)

not sure what the two screenshots are supposed to show, but the log has models and wmos failing to load. Not sure if those are actually the issue, but you should try fixing them first.

The models and WMO's failing to load is the issue I'm trying to solve. I'm not entirely sure what Noggit accesses in order to load them up. Project/word contains the ADT's and WDT's that have been edited as far as I understand, and the files/folders have remained unchanged since the move.
What is it that Noggit can't find and where would it be located?
I can see in the log, for example "world\wmo\outland\floatingrocks\nagrand_rockfloating_waterfalls.wmo" can't be found, but where exactly is Noggit pulling this model from, under what configuration, etc.?

MPQs in order given in log, then files on disk.

Okay, well in case there's a problem with the MPQs, I'm replacing the set used by Noggit with some fresh ones from my 3.3.5 Client backup folder to see if that solves the issue.
EDIT: Working. Thanks for the tip!
