Where I can post the errors you have about Noggit, textures, taliis, etc?

Problems with Noggit should be posted in the Noggit forum, down at the bottom, so the noggit developers can deal with it.
Texture related problems should always go into the Texturing & 2D Art main forum, while any other problems you encounter using non-featured tools (tools which don't have their own section on here) are thought to be posted in the modding section, depending on the type of problem. So if you've got Problems with Taliis editing the DBCs -> Database, if it's spawning or heightmap/colormap problems -> "Level Design"
The forum descriptions will give you a better insight into what's meant to be in a forum and what isn't.
