Title: a question about animated texture
Post by: tok124 on May 09, 2015, 02:58:52 pm
Hello. I just want to know how i can import an animated texture to wow. I found out that its possible to animate a texture by using animAll. Its a addon in Blender. So i can animate texture in blender using animAll and timeline. But when the texture is applied to the model how do i import the animated texture to wow? Does it work to just do as normal by converting the model to m2 and make a patch? Or is there something else i must do? Or what is the best way to get an animated texture? Is it maybe possible to use a animated gif image as texture?

afaik, the only way to do this is editing your .m2 model with pymodeleditor (or 010editor) pretty sure Tig wrote a tutorial for it. viewtopic.php?f=20&t=242 (http://modcraft.io/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=242" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
