Title: [WoD Question] How to replace a character skin texture?
Post by: Alune on April 28, 2015, 07:36:17 pm
Hello, like the topic says. I've noticed that they've changed every single file in WoD and it's basically .000 - .027 Files

I was wondering what tools would be required to view these files and find the character textures ( Including the NPC Skins ) and whether .mpq patches still work, I would have no problem replacing them, I just need the tools for it and haven't been able to find anything.

I've already tried CASC Viewer but it only lists unknown file types now.

listfile.txt to get unknown files to known files, WoD exe patched for your build, CharSections.dbc, root directory.

I like to pose some characters for the WoWModelviewer and like to have the texture files replaced with the updated ones. Since the CASC viewer only is able to access the files, how can I overwrite them so that they can be seen/loaded by modelviewer?
