Hy there!

I'm just wondering, if it's possible to get only the draenei models for cataclysm ?

So do it by your very hands, if possible. Sorry but there is fair line between leeching something just because you can't do it on your own and unending laziness. Read a thing or two about MPQ patches (and maybe DBCs and their editing).

Toolkit where needed editors should be:

Tut where MPQs are described (at least a little bit, to delete something from existing MPQ, simply open that MPQ and delete files from it, then use Operations > Compact Archive to optimise its size):

To edit DBCs, use MyDBCEditor.

To find out what are DBCs for and what field does what in them simply google their name (with .dbc extension included) or simply visit wiki https://wowdev.wiki/Main_Page (https://wowdev.wiki/Main_Page" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)
