Fly up in Noggit. Turn off m2s. Take screenshot of noggit rendering. Fit together in Photoshop.

Its 3d work so if you are not able you must serach someone to do it. There is no one lcik render minimap tool untill now. Perhaps we will see such a funktion in the future bt i think for good minimaps you will always ahve to rework them with photoshop.
