Changed stuff aren't showing ingame

I deleted few stuff in noggit and they are not showing ingame, but they are showing in noggit.

And what have you exaclty done.

Have you.

Saved the adt in Noggit.
Copy the changed adts into your patch structure. (Meens inside the path world/maps/CONTINENTNAME/)
Create a patch with an MPQ editor including your files.
Name this Patch patch-4.MPQ (MPQ BIG)
Put this file inside your wow testing clients data folder

I was changing Stromgarde Keep and saved it, but it doesnt show ingame. Do i need to make patch for that?
