you need a Wotlk ModelViewer and all the  related things to panda, like all your custom blp, the converted pandaren and then the modified dbc, then you will can do your own npc's

When you have set up the uv's and converted the model, you only have to do the npc's in WoWModelViewer and make entryies in the CreatureDisplayInfoExtra.dbc and nothing more.
Then Spawn your own Pandaren NPC

Right now i think is almost finnished, but...
The tail is in low res i will try to fix it and Re-UV the entire pandaren but now is almost done, the only thing i think that left is the tail

After hours of work i can tell you, the images are in a low format so the UV's aren't perfect, how we can fix it? IDK

I have to do a lot of things, then i will release the M2i and the M2, will have to do it manually, so it depends from my mood if i release it, is a lot of job, so...
It's really easy if you compare it how it work but a lot of people don't know it.
SO yes finally pandaren will be ported with a good port and for all people

Im not sure but i dont think that the feets have an extra texture.
They on the main body textur.
And the toes have an extra part on the huge body textur.
So you dont tell us much what u want and what u done, but if you downport legion pandaren for wotlk for example, you put the face where  the toes are.
So the textur on the toes would be the face.
Try to make the toes to an extra object or glue it on another object wich u can always see and edit all textures(not the whole feets).

How i can do that?
it just has to be hardcoded, it's only one, and i've used the photoshop action from inico, it makes the jo easyer, and they have an extra for the feeds of the pandaren, but i don't know how to hardcode the texture :(
