"Retro-Porting" / [QUESTION] Alpha Assets to 1.12?

Hello ModCraft community.
I was curious on how one could possibly retroport assets from the earliest or latest version of the alpha/beta versions of WoW to be possibly used in 1.12? The reason for asking is simply for cosmetic or impractical uses.
I also ask this because alpha/beta assets are mostly different from the last version of Classic. These being UI differences and character/NPC models for example.
