Why couldnt you just attach it to the head and drop it down a little via roll/pitch/ect measurements?

Just move it back and lower it.

Hey everybody, It's yo boy Crow back at it again with a pocket full of money, a mind full of fun private server concepts and a virtually nonexistent amount of people helping out with development.


So, I tell people this a lot but if YOU are experienced in the following, then YOU qualify to inherit some of these
[Fat Stacks]:

  • BlizzCMS/graphics/webdesign
  • Quest creation via SQL and either C++ or Lua (dont just want grab and stabs)
  • Spell Scripting (something I myself am a tad weak at) via C++
  • Spell Design via .dbc editing, C++ scripting like above, and or conceptual design (already have someone for this but Id love to give him someone to help as its slow)
  • Dungeon and Raid AI and conceptual design (Lua or C++ both acceptable but the AI has to be interesting, hence the concept design requirement, dont worry I can guide that)
  • Clientside Lua and XML edits and additions
  • Spell visual creation and retro-porting m2s and wmos, skins, ect from other expansions or by hand via blender, Maya, ect
  • General C++ and knowledge of Trinitycore API
  • Story writing for the Lore (must also include another skill listed above)
Providing you're not just able to take orders and program then, but also have a creative enough mind to create workarounds or help troubleshoot if shit goes south or take creative liberties.

Honestly, Chances are if you have an emulation skill, I may pay to use it as I myself am only a single person, Im not just paying for experience but also manpower.

I for the life of me cannot get it to stop playing the wotlk music in addition to mine, nor how to edit the highlight button blp without bugging it into a giant green box. Anyone got any solutions?


It seems to me even if i comment out the playmusic method, it still plays the wotlk music in the backround.

bump, still need to commission a few things like some new troll models, spell visuals, and other creative visual shit.

additionally if anyone is any decent at designing dungeon concepts ill pay them for that too.

I agree with the other guy, Copying the zone twice over and then making them instances seems to be a fun way to do it.


Otherwise you have to set specific npcs and objects to specific phases and phase the player as they quest through it via C++.

Hey guys, I dont run a team or even a server yet. I'm just curious as to some of the more advance code and have a few requests for a couple things such as interface edits, additions, and maybe a couple zones in the world or existing zones retouched. I have the money to pay what you feel your time and effort is worth.

It looks to me more and more that I'll have to write it in Lua and imbed it into the selection bar at the bottom or make some sort of addon or something.

Eh, if we're talking edge of chaos then you're thinking of the talent tree, Im talking of the specialization menu that will teach multiple talents when the learning thing is hit. Not sure if I clarified or not.

Where would I find that junk specifically?

I'm curious as to what makes the talent specialization interface from MoP and if it's portable into wotlk. What it would take to add that extra tab next to talents and have the 3 tab panel that displays the text and icons, and in a box to the right of the selected one, displays active and passive spells that are learned upon hitting the accept button.

It's an interesting system and would be way better than another gossip npc workaround or trying to fuck with modifying the clients hex code to make the talent trees progression 1 point.

I don't really see the problem here, things like stromgarde have been done hundreds of times by many people, it's not as if I'm asking for people to go out of their way, spend their time, and then give me something for nothing.


But whatever, clearly this was the wrong place to go since the board is dead, I'll have to check ac-web and ownedcore.

Surprised nobody on a site full of hobbyists has jumped at the chance for some coin for simple construction.


At any rate I got someone to do the wetlands up for free so Im only looking for maybe some places in hillsbrad redone or new parts made, as well as Stromgarde/other parts of arathi.
