Title: /console unitHighlights in 1.12.1 Vanilla WoW
Post by: Cayuno on May 24, 2015, 05:16:48 am
Hi everyone

Since the cVar unitHighlights was only later added in patch 2.4.0, I can't find any other way to disable unit highlights.

"Visual Settings
* There's a new cVar unitHighlights; 0 = no model highlighting with Alt-Z, 1 = model highlighting on with Alt-Z. (e.g. /console unitHighlights 1"

wowwiki.wikia(dot)com/Patch_2.4.0/API_changes

Any ideas are welcomed

Thanks

You should check if the var was already in the client (it was released in the API in 2.4, but maybe it was in closed-mode previously)..
I think changing it requires the same knowledge used to make cheats so you won't find many informations here on Modcraft. Or maybe just tinkering WoW.exe with OllyDBG..
I would really like to be able to help you but I would need to learn a lot of things to answer in an efficient manner.
