Hello, i'm making a addon to show Items on a custom interface, i want to know how can i add items to this box to when players pass mouse over item, its show the item description

See how it made in Atlasloot addon.
As i remember, addons cant take item parameters directly from server database (for safety reasons) and can reads item data only from game cache .
