Title: Is it possible to create a new continent?

Can you make an entirly new continent and not have it be connected to Kalimdor nor eastern Kingdoms. as in, make new starting zones and quests and cities etc. Does it have to have a ships to eastern kingdoms and kalimdor?

That is probably the most stupid topic title one can choose.

Regarding your question:
Yes, you can do all that stuff and no, the new continent doesn't have to be connected to the old ones, but you can do so of course.

You can create a hole new world from scratch. As many maps(continents) you want.
And no you don´t have to connect the old maps by ship.
