Ok it works few other combinations,but also start adt is xx_xx.adt and end adt is yy_yy.adt.
For example 32_32.adt top left,and lower right 42_42.adt

I did it. My ADTadder auto run offsetfix on every copied adt.
And i alos did not see this adts ingame.
And as fare i know offsetfix only changes the models position of the adt.

OffsetFix also correcty MCNK positions being more important than doodad positions, as they can actually be fixed correctly without knowing the old filename.
