Title: (TC 3.3.5) Does anyone know how to modify profession skill levels?

I am looking to make my professions max out at 1/1 but I have been unable to find any dbc or table relating to it. Anyone got any idea how to set say, Apprentice Blacksmithing (usually 1/75) to 1/1?
