Turn off specular lighting ingame it should fix the problem, if it's not then probably something is wrong with your texture files.

Step 1: Press escape and click video.

Step 2: Once video is open click on effects.

Step 3: Then move the mouse down to where it says Specular Lighting and uncheck it and press apply then okay and restart game.

No don't have it checked... have it unchecked with nothing there then press okay and restart the game, if it's still green then either your missing your textures or they are broken.

textures are just missing as that act uses WoD textures not available in your client.
