Title: Change the board search settings.

After I searched around a bit i found out thet our search on the board was very useless. Because of the activated commen words filter many usefull words dosend work. If turnd the filter off and rebuild the search index.
To prefent the borad from flooting i set a wait count of 30 seconds for unregistred users and 5 seconds for registerd.

I hope its now easyer to find informations here :)

Thanks! Now it should be easier to find things around here using search. ^^
