Seal of Blood not working

Well Met!

I'd like to recreate the original Seal of Blood spell as it worked back in 3.1.3. but I can't seem to find a way to make it work.
Anything I do, it just doesn't work, I can  create other easier spells, like reflect and interrupt abilitied, but the seal system in 3.3.5 just destroys me right away
Please, if anyone can help me (even with a working spell's sql script so I can load it into the database) i'd be more than thankful!
