Hey hey all, just wanted to share what I have been working on and the plans for it here on modcraft. It would be great to get some honest opinions of my area as honesty is what makes things improve.

Just to share in the video I say I have figured out the area tables but I am back to square one on that as it is still showing "unknown" for area and zone . I really have no clue what I am doin wrong so if you have any ideas to where an up to date tut is I would be very appreciated.

Anyway here is the vid and some commentary with it and let me know what you all think =D.

Set areaid right on adts.
Create maps from custom adts and put them on the server.
Also add changed dbcs to the server.

The missing names are serverside

More so than a personal reminder, this is merely an example to show the community that the moderators and the admins are actively working in various aspects, for the community, to enhance the overall quality of Modcraft. If this continues then I'll leave the website. It's childish. Why is your text bold? How does public off topic mod comments help improve quality? Good moderation is when you don't even notice anything wrong as a user.

I can totally agree with Stoneharry here. As a user it's more important to don't even notice anything wrong, leaving random replies does not help anyhow and also make users confused.

It is honestly personnal preference here, as much as I understand Harry's point of view, I can also relate to the moderator's attitude.
Some users might be confused to see posts like this, as mentionned, but others might be just as confused to see a post randomly deleted. Here, MountainLion provided us with information as to why this post might get deleted.

Now, deciding which is best between "invisible" moderators and their current way of proceding is another debate that should not take place in the Showoff section, nor should create such animosity and reactions. Personally, as long as the job is done - which clearly is the case - I have no problem, and none of you should.
