New to Noggit!

Hello there. I'm new to Noggit, and I'm having a little issue.

I cannot, for the love of me, get Noggit to open up. Upon clicking it, it loads up like it's going to work, but then it shuts down, saying that Noggit.exe has encountered an error. There's the log, hopefully you all can help me out. Thanks!

I recomment not wasting your time with rev 104. Use Noggit3.279 instead. You can find this in the noggit forum (Beta subforum)
