Help with change model

Hi to all :D i need help with change model, because i want to change the model off the human race (warrior) by another custom from me, i know i have to change all parts (mesh) but i don't knwo how, i was triyng with mywarcraftstudio, but i don't found models and i can import them to 3ds max help plz :c  :(  :(
