[QUESTION] Allow mana for non-caster classes+DK voice effect

I did try to use spells thar regen mana, but it didnt help. I also tried .mod mana, which didnt work either.

Maybe something up with your Cataclysm Emulator?  because .mod mana works fine for me on my 406
