Seems like it is not eating your config file. How is it named?

how is what named? my wow folder? its just WoW... and noggit folder is Noggit3
i can upload my wow to you... its a folder not an install

As said: Noggit is not reading it obviously, as it is not using your path but the one it finds in the registry.
