Need help with DBC values.

Hi,

I'm so new to modding that I am out of my league in regards to the problem I face.

I got Milly's improved procedural water mod for 3.3.5a. I like it, but ran into some problems. One was milky water which I managed to get fixed, but there is one which bugs me a lot and it's the water in Stormwind. It looks odd.

 I'm trying to get it fixed and, hopefully, if I manage to acquire enough knowledge of how things work, improve the mod further.

Could anyone help me understand these values in liquidtype.dbc?
