Please Help! Noggit Model's Problem

Hi again thanks for helping me last time i have another question... when i open both noggit and model viewer (programs using 2 diffrent wow's) and i try to add a model or WMO when i use Shift + V nothing happands and if i use ALT+ V Noggit crashes... please HELP! :(
