[TOOL] Noggit DSL 1.3 not CI81 version

Hello everybody, sorry for my inglish i'm french ^^ ( this does not excuse anything )

Okay, there is 3 day i has Noggit SDl 1.3 on my computer, but with a reboot of my computer i've lost Noggit, well i've therefore re-download Noggit, but i've not found The Noggit SDL 1.3 version but now the Cl81 version or the Noggit SDL 1.4 version, but when i try to do somethink with these Noggit  ( not the SDL 1.3 ) i've a lot of bug, now it's what for i write this post for ask if someone has yet the Noggit SDL 1.3 for give me the link of downloads or somethink else.

Get the latest 1.4. SDL 1.3 is bugged as hell.
