[QUESTION]  Remove Gem Requirements (Meta)

Hey

Im still learning DBC, after learning how to do extended costs, items ect, im now trying to learn how to remove meta gem requirements from them, so they dont need X gems to activate it.. but cant seem to find where to remove it

Example :

- I want to remove the "requires atleast 2 blue gems"
