[Question] Changing the Stormwind model to the blank one

I'm not trying to remove the model or anything, just change the set of it. I want it to be blank of blizzard spawned objects like the fountains, trees and random boxes. If you press "1" it becomes this...I'm not sure I understand your suggestions on how to make that save or if my original question was understood at all.
My apologies, I really am new at this.
Edit: With the suggestion of editing all the adt's in the area, I have gotten it to save to noggit but when I turn it into a patch, it won't show up in-game.

*graphs* I dont know why u all like noggit 3,... its so much more buggy than noggit 1 :P I have always more problems to use Noggit 3 than the older ones... I dont know if its just the Overload thanks Wotlk or my pc is to slow to crash the programm by loading normal WoW adt's which i din't mapped.

Hmm could it be tha point that noggit 1.x dont save wotlk...
Also I don´t even worked on any wow adt ever ;) And if you like to do it start cpp and join the team... I can say you that i whould not be able to do maruum wothout noggit3

I haven't had a single issue with the newest noggit.. Sooo many bugfixes and tools that actually bloody work... And the importing of models beats noggit 1.0 by so many lengths that it's laughable.
Why the hell did I just quote myself.. wtf
